1. Operating rules Cirkus park – Children’s World

Cirkus park - Children’s World is located at OC Olympia Teplice, Srbická 464, 415 01.

  1. Cirkus park – Children’s World, hereafter “Children’s World”, is designed for children aged 0-18 years old and is divided into zones according to difficulty.

  2. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is fully responsible for them throughout their stay at Children’s World. An accompanying person is understood to mean a person over 18 years of age.

  3. The accompanying adult is fully responsible for any injuries to children caused by their unsafe behaviour.

  4. Failure to comply with the Children’s World rules and aggressive behaviour by children entitles the staff to expel a particular visitor from the Children’s World without a refund.

  5. The clean zone at Children’s World can only be entered without shoes, for hygienic reasons it is necessary to wear socks. The animator is responsible for ensuring compliance.

  6. Only food and drink purchased at Cirkus park can be consumed, with the exception of baby food and food for people with special dietary requirements and allergies.

  7. Consumption of food, drink, sweets and chewing gum is prohibited in the Children’s World clean zone.

  8. The entire Children’s World is non-smoking and there is also a no pets policy.

  9. For visitors’ safety, the Children’s World premises are monitored by a CCTV system; by entering Children’s World, visitors give their express consent to the making of a CCTV recordings. Photography for professional purposes or for printing is only possible with the company management’s prior permission.

  10. All attractions at Children’s World are certified for safety in accordance with Czech and European Union legal regulations (Standard EN 1176-1 ed.2: 2018 and EN 1176-10: 2009, STN EN 13219:2009, STN EN 1176-1:2009, STN EN 1176-7:2009).

  11. The manufacturer and supplier guarantee the safety of the individual attractions at Children’s World with their certificates, and the individual attractions at Children’s World are regularly checked and subject to regular inspections.

  12. Children’s World staff are identified by clothing with the company logo and are trained in case of an emergency.

  13. Staff must be informed of all injuries and accidents, and must also be able to provide first aid. Every injury must be reported at the reception desk, and an entry is made in the injury form.

  14. Follow the instructions of the staff, individual staff members and the information on the boards by the individual attractions at Children’s World.

  15. All persons entering specific attractions at Children’s World must not be wearing or carrying scarves, shawls, jewelry or clasps.>

  16. It is forbidden to bring items, objects or substances into Children’s World that could endanger the life and health of children at Children’s World, especially irritating chemicals, pyrotechnics, weapons, matches, lighters and sharp objects.

  17. Visitors are responsible for damage caused by negligence or intent or for damage caused to other visitors when using the Children’s World facilities.

  18. In order to ensure the utmost safety of all visitors to Children’s World, the use of own toys is prohibited throughout the Children’s World area.

  19. It is forbidden to climb the net of an attraction and to climb up the slides (outside and inside).

  20. An accompanying person is entitled to enter the play structure with the children and the same rules apply to accompanying persons as to children.

  21. Persons suffering from a contagious disease, sickness or in quarantine are not allowed to enter Children’s World.

  22. Visitors are liable for loss, theft or damage to movable property during their stay in Children’s World, unless they use the designated areas for their safe storage.

  23. There is a designated area for strollers in front of the cloakroom, marked with a pictogram. Visitors are responsible for loose items in strollers.

  24. When the capacity of Children’s World is exceeded, the staff are obliged not to allow other visitors into the premises for safety reasons, in which case a waiting time must be taken into account. The capacity of Children’s World is 800 people.

  25. Attractions and swings are intended for children only, with the exception of slides and the toboggan.

  26. Inflatable attractions and trampolines are intended only for persons under 18 years old, with a maximum weight of 30 kg.

Opening hours at Children’s World are daily from 09:00 to 20:00. Kitchen and restaurant in operation until 19:30. Children’s World in operation until 19:45.

3. Schools and kindergartens

  1. Group visits by kindergartens and primary schools can be arranged on weekdays from 09:00 to 14:00 outside weekends, public holidays and vacation times or by prior arrangement.

  2. The minimum number of children for school and preschool groups is 10.

  3. Children are not allowed to have chewing gum, food or drink when entering a play structure. It is also not permitted to carry key rings, wallets/purses, jewellery, scarves or other sharp objects.

4. Children’s parties

  1. A children’s party can be arranged for a minimum of 5 children.

  2. A party is unstaffed.

  3. The decoration is adapted to the reported number of people.

  4. You are not allowed to bring in your own food and drinks, except for your own cake.

5. Operating Rules for the game zone

Every visitor is obliged to familiarize him/herself with these operating rules before entering the GAME ZONE. By entering the GAME ZONE, the visitor agrees to and acknowledges these operating rules. The main purpose of the following rules is to protect the safety of children and their accompanying persons and to provide a pleasant and clean environment in which you can enjoy yourself. By respecting these rules, we help each other.

A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The GAME ZONE provides different types of fun equipment. GAME ZONE attractions are intended for children accompanied by a parent or other responsible person over 18 years of age (an “accompanying person”).

  2. The duty and responsibility for the supervision and care for children rests solely with the accompanying person.

  3. The GAME ZONE is operated without supervision and the operator does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children and any injuries to children.

  4. Entrance to the establishment is free, but operation may be temporarily restricted and the operator does not guarantee permanent operation of all attractions.

  5. The safety of the attractions is guaranteed by the manufacturer and supplier with their certificates. The attractions are regularly checked.


B. RESPONSIBILITY

  1. By entering the GAME ZONE, the accompanying person or child’s legal guardian assumes responsibility for the child and for any injuries caused by the use of the attractions or careless behaviour. Use of individual attractions is at a person’s own risk.

  2. An accompanying person is obliged to familiarise the children with the rules for using the attractions and ensure that they are observed.

  3. The operator is not responsible for injuries or damage caused by negligence, carelessness, failure to comply with the operating rules or health conditions.


C. INJURY TO A CHILD

  1. Any injury to a child must be reported immediately to the GAME ZONE reception staff.

  2. In the event of an accident, the accompanying person will provide basic first aid and call the emergency services if necessary.

  3. A record is kept of each injury.


D. VISITOR RULES AND BEHAVIOUR

  1. Attractions may only be used for their intended purpose and at one’s own risk. Visitors must observe the generally established rules of decent behaviour and must not wear scarves, shawls, jewellery, chains or other sharp objects.

  2. Visitors who violate these rules or staff instructions may be temporarily or permanently excluded without entitlement to a refund.

  3. The operator reserves the right to refuse entry to persons suspected of inappropriate behaviour, especially under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  4. Photography for professional or reportage purposes is only permitted with the operator’s consent.


E. HYGIENE

  1. In the GAME ZONE it is necessary to observe basic hygiene principles.


F. PERSONAL ITEMS

  1. We recommend you keep bulky items of clothing and valuable personal belongings such as electronics, jewellery or cash with you.

  2. The operator is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  3. Found items will be stored securely and, if not collected, will be handled in accordance with current legal regulations.


G. CCTV AND SECURITY

  1. By entering the GAME ZONE, visitors agree to the monitoring of the space by security cameras.

  2. Records are kept only for the necessary period of time and used solely for security and marketing purposes in accordance with applicable legal regulations.


H. COMPLAINTS

  1. Any complaints can be reported to GAME ZONE reception.

  2. Complaints will be discussed with the operator’s management and the complainant will be informed of the resolution.


I. Tokens

  1. Tokens can be purchased at GAME ZONE reception, either individually or in discounted packages.

  2. Purchased tokens cannot be exchanged back into Czech crowns.


J. Attractions and machines

  1. All attractions and machines in the GAME ZONE are for entertainment purposes only.
