The Cirkus park Bonus Club loyalty programme is a way to thank you for your visit and purchases at our establishment. For loyal and regular customers, we offer a bonus system for purchases and other activities (registration, subscription to mailings).
1. How to become a member of the Cirkus park Club?
Purchase our club card at the entrance to Cirkus park and load it with the amount of your choice (minimum CZK 500).
Register your club card online – you can register yourself on our website HERE or with the help of our attendants.
Once registered, you can start enjoying the benefits of our loyalty programme!
Only one child can be registered per club card!
2. How to earn Cirkus points?
You earn Cirkus points for every purchase you make. For every CZK 50 you will receive 1 Cirkus point. Points are only credited after you have paid for a purchase (not when you place your order).

An attendant will always ask you if you wish to redeem points during a purchase.
4. Can I earn bonus Cirkus points in other ways?
Yes, you can! We’ll reward you with 20 Cirkus points for signing up and, if you sign up for our newsletter, you get an additional 20 Cirkus points. Registration will be active within 5 working days.
In addition, you can get gifts for children for their birthday – such as vouchers, free admissions or other special rewards. However, you can only register one child per card.
5. How do I redeem my Cirkus points?
Your Cirkus points bring you discounts – 1 Cirkus point = CZK 1. You can check your points balance at the cash desk with every purchase.
6. Combination with discount coupons
Cirkus points and a discount coupon cannot be used on the same order. If you want to use a coupon, you cannot redeem Cirkus points on the same purchase and vice versa.
7. Validity of Cirkus points and card
Cirkus points are valid for 365 days.
A Bonus Club card is valid for 365 days, if you top up CZK 500.
If you top up more than CZK 500, the validity is automatically extended to 730 days. Each additional top-up will extend the card’s validity for another year.
8. Further information
Cirkus points are not currency and have no real monetary value. We reserve the right to change the programme’s parameters or cancel it at any time. In the event of abuse of the programme or fraud, your rights to participate in the programme may be suspended. Cirkus points cannot be redeemed when exchanging items!
